This year we are celebrating Christmas in a different way from other years. What memories do you have of celebrating Christmas as a child? Did your Dad work on the day itself? What did you find in your stocking? 
Was it a doll?
Did you have a tree and what was used to decorate it? Do you remember making paper chains? Perhaps it wasn’t a turkey on the table, chicken was cheaper, maybe a steak pie or was that saved for Hogmany? Were you encouraged to make your presents for others?
